This year’s theme, “Occupy – Power, Purpose, Presence,” is a divine call to action—encouraging women to rise up, take their place, and fully walk in their purpose across faith, leadership, and service. We believe that every woman carries the authority to claim and possess the promises of God as Kingdom heirs on earth.

Conference Location: Freeport Bible Church, Freeport, Grand Bahama, The Bahamas Directions: From Grand Bahama International Airport (about 8 minutes)Exit the airport and turn left onto Queen’s Cove Rd. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto East Mall Dr. Keep straight on E Mall Dr for about 1 mile, then turn right onto Adventurers Way. Continue on Adventurers Way for about 0.5 miles. Take the 2nd exit on the roundabout, and Freeport Bible Church will be on your right-hand side.
Inaugural Occupy Ball Location: Ruby Swiss, Freeport, Grand Bahama, The Bahamas Directions: From Grand Bahama International Airport (about 7 minutes)Exit the airport and turn left onto Queen’s Cove Rd. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto East Mall Dr. Continue straight on E Mall Dr for about 1 mile, then turn right onto Settler’s Way. After approximately 0.5 miles, take the 2nd exit at the roundabout to merge back onto West Sunrise Hwy (W Atlantic Dr.). Ruby Swiss is located on the right-hand side of W Sunrise Hwy.

What is the Dress Code?
Conference Segment’s Dress code: Semi-Casual.
On the final night, Saturday, October 11th 2025, we will be hosting The Inaugural Occupy Ball 2025. Therefore, the Ball Segment Dress Code is formal attire.

We do offer registration levels: All Access
- 1-Day Sessions: Thursday Fellowship (Night Only) – $20 | Friday – FREE | Saturday – FREE (No registration required for Friday & Saturday)
- The Inaugural Occupy Ball – $125

Will there be vendor booths on sale?
Yes. The cost of a vendor booth will be $150. This fee will include a 6ft or 8ft rectangular table and two chairs. Clients are to provide their own tablecloths.

Are there Volunteer opportunities for the conference?

Can children attend The Whole Woman Conference 2025, and will there be childcare available?
Children can attend, however, if they are older than a lap child, a registration fee will be required due to the ticketing process. The lap child must sit on an adult’s lap for the event without obstructing the view of other guests. We do not provide childcare. Therefore, children must always be under parental supervision.
