Ms. Phylicia Hepburn
Secretary
Phylicia Hepburn was born on October 30, 1994, on the beautiful island of Nassau located in The Bahamas. She grew up in a close-knit home surrounded by her parents and two siblings
Phylicia began her education at Thelma Gibson Primary School, where she graduated as a class prefect with academic honors. In the fall of 2006, she continued her secondary education at Mt. Carmel Preparatory Academy, remaining there through junior and senior high school. She graduated with honors in 2012, earning her high school diploma.
From the age of ten, Phylicia aspired to enter the medical field to serve, counsel, and provide holistic care. With dreams of becoming a registered nurse, she enrolled in the College of the Bahamas in the fall of 2012. Despite facing many sleepless nights and moments of isolation, she remained committed to her goal.
Phylicia completed her studies and became a licensed registered nurse within the Commonwealth of The Bahamas on December 29, 2017. She officially graduated from the University of the Bahamas (formerly name the College of the Bahamas) in May 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing with distinction.
Phylicia Hepburn currently serves as a nursing cadet facilitator under the Bahamas Ministry of Health. She aspires to further her education through obtaining a nursing specialty and her master’s degree in nursing education.
Over her years in college and throughout her tenure working, Phylicia has found inspiration in many sources, including a favorite quote by Albert Schweitzer: “Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.”
Phylicia’s hobbies include traveling, listening to music, spending quality time with friends and family, networking, participating in charity and community building initiatives and most importantly winning souls for the Kingdom of God.
In 2021, Phylicia joined the Woman of Worth Movement Inc. as the secretary of the organization, under the leadership of Prophet Christie Cadet.
