Rosheeda Rolle

THE MOUNTAIN OF

EDUCATION

Rosheeda Rolle, born October 11, 1987, in Nassau, Bahamas, is a passionate educator, community leader, and advocate for early childhood development. The eldest of five children, she is also a proud aunt to four—two girls, Roshai and Rozaria, and two boys, Roosevelt III and Rory.

Her passion for education began early and flourished at Sir Jack Hayward High School in Freeport, Grand Bahama, where she was active in the Anchor Club and Christian Student Movement. Her involvement in the Brain Minders preschool outreach program sparked her deep love for early childhood education.

Graduating as Senior Prefect at 16, Rosheeda enrolled at the University of The Bahamas while working full-time at Wilbur S. Outten Academy. In 2010, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Education (Early Childhood) and has since served in several key roles: Student Teacher at Sunland Baptist Academy, Preschool Coordinator at Martin Town and McLeans Town Primary, Acting Principal at East End Preschool, and founder of the preschool unit at Freeport Primary. She later served as Administrative Assistant at Lewis Yard Primary and, in 2023, was promoted to Senior Mistress at Hugh Campbell Primary School.

Rosheeda is the founder of Bountiful Blessings, a nonprofit supporting mothers and children, and founder of The Happy Lady Experience, a creative babysitting service. She is the author of two early childhood books Preschool Ideas from A–Z (guide and coloring book) and a co-author of Emerging Leaders: Strategies to Navigate Your Leadership Journey.

In addition to her educational career, Rosheeda is an ordained deacon and Children’s Church Leader at Jubilee Cathedral.

Rooted in faith, service, and family, Rosheeda lives by her motto: “Trust the process while fulfilling my purpose,” and her favorite scripture: Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
