History of Organization
The Woman of Worth Movement Incorporated (WOW Movement) is a dedicated non-profit organization, founded on September 12th, 2020, in Freeport, Grand Bahama, Bahamas by President and Founder Ms. Christie Cadet. With a strong commitment to empowering women, the WOW Movement was officially registered as a non-profit organization in the state of Georgia, United States, on January 25th, 2023.
Our Founder
Ms. Christie Cadet, the visionary behind the WOW Movement, has dedicated her life to uplifting women. Inspired by her own experiences and the challenges she has witnessed, Ms. Cadet founded the WOW Movement to create a supportive community where women can heal, grow, and thrive.

Bloom by Chevonia McBride
A women-led empowerment organization. Together, we raised funds for "In the Pink, No One Fights Alone," founded by Jessica Butler.
Fourth Terrace Diagnostic Center
Secured gift certificates for mammogram testing for women in need.
Touch of Life
Partnered with Mr. David Bainito's organization in Kenya for the Branch Commissioning Summer Camp. We sponsored a young female entrepreneur's honey bee business and provided monetary donations for camp needs.
Annual Women’s Conference and Retreat
In October 2022 and 2023, our organization hosted our annual women’s conference and retreat under the theme “The Whole Woman Conference” (2022) and (2023) These conferences aimed to gather women who have faced various challenges, providing a space for connection, upliftment, and mutual encouragement.
The purpose was to mentor, inspire, and teach the true values of being a “woman of worth,” which means embodying integrity, valor, value, and purpose. The conferences has been instrumental in fostering a sense of community and empowerment among attendees.
